Vortex wont download mod

Cant get any mods to download into Vortex, only manage to get one mod to download in order to update it. But that about it, every other attempt of getting a mod to download doesnt appear to be getting downloaded.  ·  · Vortex deploys the mods you enable in your fallout dir, there is top right a message if it should deploy as far as i remember. That means you have a download dir, but the deploy is as far as i remember the game folder. Click on "Manual Download" and follow the prompts to download the mod to a location of your choice on your computer. 2. Drag and drop the mod file into the "Drop File" box at the bottom of the Vortex mod page. 3. When the message "Never Installed" appears next to the mod in the Vortex status bar, click on the message to install the mod. However, for instance if you were downloading a mod from a website, make sure you download the mod manually to your very own desktop rather than mod manager. Now open up Vortex and go to the mod section, here you should be able to see your mods however the mod you have just downloaded won't appear just yet.

Another help post: Got a ti and was super excited to replay Skyrim VR. I originally used NMM so wanted to switch to Vortex. Was working great then all of sudden it won't download and attempting to resume fails. Internet is working fine. I've restarted the computer. No idea where to go from here.
